It’s clean, safe, functional, in a very convenient location, free purified water and you can do your washing here for free. Zero complaints. Also the host is incredibly helpful and responds super quickly. Can highly recommend Coco Stay!

I had a late check-in, and they waited for me and helped me lift my suitcase. Excellent location, 5 minutes from Dongguk University metro station, 10-15 minutes walk to DDP. It takes more than an hour to get to all the main points. Near the guesthouse are many establishments and cafes, as well as a GS25 store. Thank you, I really liked everything.

Couldn't have been more delighted with my two nights stay. Clean, spacious (as I was staying single in a four-person apartment), easy DIY self-check-in. Apartment with a small kitchen (two induction spots), large fridge, all very light and spotlessly clean. All signs and instructions (in the room and on the roof) were just perfect: minimal, friendly, clear and to the point, where you need them. Self-serve continental breakfast on the roof terrace. (With a view!) Elevator! Large TV! Fast WiFi! The owner (I was talking to the second morning) was super-friendly and nice. Perfect location, close to a lot of food, two metro stops from Seoul Station.

The hostel was beautiful with lots of nice facilities and i wish that i have found this hostel sooner. I should have stayed longer than just 2 days. The hospitality was superb and it was just a 4 minutes walking distance to the subway and ikesondong.

Great quiet location tucked away between Hongdae and Shinchon, room was a good size for 2 and beds were comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay

Hi There Guesthouse is by far the best guesthouse I’ve stayed at. The facilities are 10/10, so clean and new! I really enjoyed my stay and met the most wonderful people while staying there. The owner, Daniel, is so nice and helpful and the weekly get togethers every Tuesday is such a good initiative. I became friends with staff and guests alike while staying here and will definitely choose this accommodation next time I’m in Seoul!

Safe It's comfortable because it's only for women, and there's CCTV in the common area, so it feels safe. 3. Convenience It was a 5-minute walk to downtown Hongdae and the subway station. 4. A variety of amenities. Most of the necessary things are provided. There's even a curling iron. 5. Friendly staff She is very helpful and always gives me quick replies.
