Cute and comfortable with a great location and a very helpful host. Andy made sure we knew the tastiest places to eat, the banks with the best exchange rates, and the excursions most worth our time. He helped us arrange a motorbike with helmets, facilitated our laundry getting cleaned, and even gave us a loan when we ran out of kip. Nowhere have we received better insider advice than from Mail House.

We got a room with a balcony overlooking the river and we loved it. Really friendly and helpful staff who helped with booking train and good price for rent new motorcycle. Included breakfast a nice bonus.

Definately one of the best stay in Luang Prabang. Guy at the reception super helpful. Directly next to the night market but it isn’t noisy at all because they close 10p.m. Wifi very good also

Quiet street near park and temple. Old colonial building. Staff was very kind and eager to help with anything you need. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great, kindly helped with bus tickets and kept a duffle bag for us for 5 days. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful place with friendly staff. Much care is given to every detail. Breakfast is a la carte and delicious. The pool is not big but good to cool down. Put and her staff did everything to make out stay comfortable. They were also very helpful with arranging the transportation from and to the train as well as a tour to the waterfalls.

    Està molt ben situat, les habitacions son amplies. L’esmorzar senzill i bo. Tens cafè i tè durant tot el dia. Hi ha bastants labavos cosa que mai vaig haver d’esperar per dutxarme o utilitzar el labavo.
