Definitely one of the best stay at Sri Lanka! Saman and his family are very welcoming hosts, the property is beautiful — you stay in the middle of the jungle with a fascinating panoramic view. Don’t hesitate to order a Sri Lankan breakfast — it’s delicious! Also I would like to mention the exciting jungle tour we had with Saman and his friends. Saman organizes unique tours — you start at one entrance and exit from another one, so you don’t go one way twice. During the tour he tells you a lot of interesting things about the nature and animals around you. Even though 14 km through the jungle can be challenging, it’s an exciting experience! This place is great as well as the hosts. They made us delicious food and the room they gave us was above expectations. We came here because the host is also a tour guide. The price for the tour was a bit on the high side, 7500 per person. However, this was a very budget tour for us and it was very well worth the price. Also, breakfast is included which was very nice.
