The place was amazing, situated within trees in a quiet place away from the noise of the streets of Kandy. Our room had an amazing view of the city, really spacious (we had the one at the top) well equipped and good WiFi (the router was inside our room)! We felt like we’re staying in a colonial palace in the sky. Truly memorable and amazing experience. Incredibly relaxing and tranquil. I would come back to Sri Lanka just come back and stay at Villa Rosa! The staff were incredible, and very kind, and helpful. Food was authentic, high quality and delicious.

We slept one night in Kandy to catch the train to Ella. We had a very pleasent stay. The food was amazing. The host took really effort in it. The place is also really calm in the nature. A lot of plants and animals live in the garden. We even saw a big turtle. The room is clean and quite luxe. We defenitely could stay longer.
