The owners are amazing people , the free breakfast spread is generous, fresh and delicious. The dinner cooked by host’s sister is probably the best Sri Lankan food we had. Room is immaculately clean and smelling fresh always. We booked the room without attached washroom but that was not a concern at all.

Great place to stay. And that’s an understatement! The manager (and staff) of the hotel reinvented hospitality. They really go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed and more. Clearly they have a passion for making people feel welcome, whether it’s a personal welcome, excellent trip advice, taxi and laundry service, coffee, tea and treats whenever you might want it; and all that complementary. It was very peaceful on top of the hill. Kind hosts, delicious breakfast, and reliable WiFi. Beds were comfortable and property was clean. There is a shared lounge and a second room within the home, so you do need to be a bit mindful of others. We enjoyed the company personally from the other guests that were there at the same time.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts are great and helpful. They found as a great driver for the days we spent here, so we could easily see everything we wanted. The room is big, comfortable and clean and there is hot water (important in these cold areas). There is also a common area you share with one more room, so you basically have almost a house for yourself. The breakfast is really tasty as well! We would definitely love to come back!
