My husband and I took a quick trip to Tangier to buy a car seat and found a modern Moroccan sanctuary in the form of a traditional villa in Hajirene Guesthouse. Tiffini and Rabea are gracious hosts and I especially enjoyed the chicken tajine she made for dinner. We even did an impromptu maternity photo shoot because the home was picturesque! There was a heater in our room since we stayed in December and I had no issues sharing the kitchen space.

owner stayed up till 1am as our flight was delayed. simple breakfast in the morning with freshly squeezed orange juice. owner also drove us to the bus station (with a fee) and told us the history of tanger.

Excellent design. Great service. We couldn’t find the hotel at the beginning cuz we were driving. The narrow road in Tangier was very confusing. We ended up calling the hotel number on Google map and the owner sent a person to help us find the way immediately. We also had a chance to have breakfast on the rooftop which gave us a great opportunity to enjoy the view of Tangier. Absolutely luxury experience. highly recommended. PS: Must call the hotel if you are driving!

Extremely cute Riad in Tangier. The staff are very kind and helpful. The night manager specifically (unfortunately his name escapes me) was extremely kind. My partner and I came back at 10:30pm last night and wanted to have some tea. I figured he would just boil some water for us however he took the time to prepare an entire tray with teapot and sweets and carried it to the rooftop for us to enjoy, truly above and beyond. Also, the breakfast is delightful.

My friend and I were vacationing at the hotel and it was amazing! It felt like you came to visit your family and they surrounded you with care and love from all sides! The staff showed a huge amount of care, were very friendly, they noticed our smallest needs and helped with everything! In addition to the wonderful staff, there is a very beautiful design, very clean, comfortable beds, a great location and very, very tasty food! I am very glad that I chose this hotel, I will recommend it to all my family and I will definitely come back!

The property was an amazing, perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The views were amazing no matter where you looked. The room was very comfortable with everything you needed. The owner was very friendly and they spoke good English, which made things easier for us. There's also hiking trails nearby, and the food was amazing.

The villa’s design is outstanding from the moment you set your eyes on that pretty yellow street door. The villa has beautiful shared terraces and outdoor balconies with gorgeous sea views where you can enjoy your coffee and socialize. Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff who can prepare the most delicious moroccan Tagine (Chef Nadir) The location of the property was ideal and surely safe.
