Great spot with many beautiful beaches nearby, three supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. Lovely hosts greeted me with a cup of coffee and a juice on a big common terrace covered in fragrant flowers and plants. Compact kitchen with dishes, coffees, bathroom, towels and comfy bed. Everything one needed for relaxing stay. It's very easy to get to Budva, Kotor or Bar beaches on a bus or a cab. Price was very affordable and my hosts felt like my own family so I stayed for the whole month. I will certainly return. I even got a couple of souvenirs as a gift from the owner's shop that is right on the beach. I fell in love with this place and was quite sad to leave it. A little paradise. Very grateful

We resorts in this hotel with my daughter in July '23 year . It's beautiful place! Located near beach. Seven minute's to sea bu foot. Hotel where clean , comfortable. Linen and towels change ones a week. He themselves made registration very guickly, while you drinking coffee. Inn the same as photos and text discription. They have a parking, free wi-fi, in rooms soap and paper. Owner is wery friendly. Speaks in English, Russians, Serbia's languages. Pleasantly in the evening to sit on the terrace and to speak with him. I recommend this!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Vila Fortuna in May 2023, and we must say that it exceeded all our expectations. We were absolutely thrilled with our holiday experience. Marco and his mother Mira went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere during our entire stay. The studio rooms were not only brand new but also impeccably clean and elegantly designed. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Moreover, Marco kindly offered to drive us to the train station, which was incredibly helpful and convenient. The level of cleanliness and tidiness both inside the house and throughout the entire property was remarkable. It is evident that great care and attention to detail are given to maintaining the highest standards. Our experience was so exceptional that we have already made plans to return to Vila Fortuna in June, this time with our friends. We can confidently say that it deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations and even surpassed what was shown in the photos. If you're looking for a delightful and comfortable place to stay, Vila Fortuna is the perfect choice. The outstanding hospitality, the beautifully appointed rooms, and the pristine surroundings all contribute to an unforgettable experience.

The place is lovely, the room is new and there is everything you need for the stay. There is also a nice terrace where you can sit under the grapevines. The host is super friendly and helpful. She also gave us to try some grapes from her garden. The location is great, it was convenient for us to travel across Montenegro by car.

The host of the property is an amazing lady, very welcoming, kind, helpful and generous. She was taking very good care of us and she even became our friend. Anyone who is staying in that apartment is gonna feel very comfortable and like at his/hers own home ☺️

This place was excellent and exactly as described in pictures and on booking.com. We were living there for 5 day and it was very nice time. Room was clean and nice. It has air conditioning in every room, so you will get warm or cool at any weather. This house is situated not far from central Sutomore beach and from few other places. But if you have no car - you will have take some walk to get to transport. Few markets and cafés are nearby.
