Everything was good. The view, the sea, the whole atmosphere. If you gonna have a breakfast please be patient to wait about 40 min. It wasn't really hard to find this place but be prepared to drive in narrow road.

Easy to find location. Owners are very nice and kindly. Close to city center close to other beachs Not like any another apartament you can just call hotel. Breacfast was very nice and fresh. And very big parking space for every guest. I higly recomendet this place you will love it and feel free like as you are in your home

Very good value for the money as it’s a nice and quiet place to stay. Close to all attractions in Ulcinj (besides Velika Plaza, but it didn’t bother us since the beaches near the villa are way better). The owner is very nice indeed.

First of all, family that owns the property is wonderful! These people are very kind and yet very professional.Breakfast was amazing, it exceeded any expectations. If you get a chance, have some fish, homemade rakija and shrimps for dinner.
