I am very satisfied with the accommodation, it looks better in person than in the pictures, clean, close to Baluta Bay, St. Julians and Sliema. The strongest impression was left by Serena, as a wonderful, warm host, she provided us with all the necessary information about Malta, the places we must see, the food we must not miss. We will definitely be back, all the best!

Everything was super clean and new. Excellent location just a 5min walk from the seaside and Spinola Bay. I was at the top floor where there were only 2 rooms so it was very quiet and private. My room had a nice balcony with a view and some chairs to sit and enjoy the sun. Marica is a great host. Since I arrived there from another trip with just a single backpack and they don't have a laundry service on-site she offered me to do it at her own house free of charge.

Everything was perfect. We had great communication with the hosts, easy and fast. The place is super clean and the location is right by the sea. 10/10 would recommend. Even the shared spaces are great! There is everything you can imagine you need coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, iron etc

Loved the shared full kitchen and lounge area on our floor. Very handy when staying for multiple nights! In the room drinking water was provided and tea making supplies. There was also an insect screen on the balcony window/door which was wonderful. Superb location! Walking distance to Pacheyville, WelBees Supermarket, chemist and other stores. There is a lift inside the building too so you do the have to lug your luggage upstairs. We will stay here again!!

Nice, cosy room with comfortable bed. clean room in apartment with share living room, kitchen and bathroom. good location at the heart of the san julian district but in a quiet street. Friendly owner, immediate answers in chat.

Green Grove Guest House is the perfect place to stay for a central location. It’s a beautiful quiet street, about a 2 minute walk to a bus stop and less than a 10 minute walk to St Julian’s centre. The room was clean, breakfast was simple but very satisfying and the Grima family were all so lovely, helpful and you were always greeted with a smile. Would defiantly recommend to friends :)

A good location in a safe area with ample parking space. Even without a car, it’s convenient due to proximity to walking areas and public transport; there’s a nearby bus stop. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and fully stocked with clean bed linens and towels. They offer internet and television facilities. A beautiful kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking is available. The owner is responsive, always reachable, and ready to assist with any queries. Additionally, the owner provided a Maltese socket adapter. Laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer are also accessible. There’s a delightful terrace for morning coffee and breakfast. Although we had a room with two separate beds, we were fortunate to have the place to ourselves, essentially receiving a large apartment for the price of a room with a private bathroom. As there’s always someone in the house, it’s definitely a secure place. For the price paid, it’s unquestionably the best place. Thank you!
