Excellent location, spacious clean, very friendly and helpful host, speaks excellent English and knows ever about the place and willing to help always. Great kitchen that has some very basic ingredients for cooking. Loveliest cats, very well brought up by the owner they are extremely friendly and won’t mind a few cuddles. Two minutes from cenote zaci, fruit and vegetables market a few minutes away, central park and ado bus stop about 15-20 minutes leisurely walk

Everything was amazing!! The room is HUGE, clean, comfortable. I felt so comfy and safe there! On the 3rd floor is a nice terasse with hammocks, and in the first floor you have a small pool (I didn't use it, but it looked nice and clean!) The staff was great too, they helped me with tours and information about traveling in colectivos. Breakfast was nice - some fruit, breads & croissants, coffee, tea, joghurt. And it was nice that I could check in earlier!

Loved the details in the room and the space- it really felt like a different world from Valladolid, but was so close and walkable. The staff were incredibly nice and responsive, and the filtered water in the lobby was icing on the cake.

Highly recommend. Great room with a well equipped bathroom and shared kitchen. Air conditioning is great and a must for the area it gets really hot! The host is really helpful with local tips for the area. Good location only a few blocks from the main square.
