Apartment is new, quite new furniture, spacious with balcony and available also the roof top equipped to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen has all appliance necessary and at arrival you find fruit and water available. Host Karen and the father Niko, are really nice and polite, ready to help you and suggest. Place is perfect if you want to use Beau Vallon Beach and few bars around.

The property is right on the beau vallon beach which according to me is the best beach in Mahe. We could snorkel on the beach just opposite to our stay. And you will find a sandy beach for swimming towards the left which has nice eateries and beach benches on rent. There are more than a couple restaurants and super markets in the walkable distance. Also the bus stop is right opposite if you are not renting a car. More over Cecile was very welcoming and helpful and also the staff is very friendly and cordial and ready to help.

Breakfast at the balcony with a beautiful view was the perfect way to start the day. The staff was very kind and helpful and everything worked smoothly. The hosts Nicole and Paolo are lovely people💛 The location was very good: near the beach and restaurants but still very peaceful. We had a standard room, which had everything we needed (AC worked great) and it was very clean. Strong recommendation!

Very nice place close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, clean and nice. Special thanks to Erica, she helped us a lot with organizing taxi and providing information about places, restaurants and safety. The Gentleman ( Sorry forgot his name) also very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place in Beau Vallon.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its cleanliness and freshness. The rooms were spacious, featuring lovely terraces to enjoy the surroundings. The abundance of modern electronics added to the convenience of the stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay by the sea.

1. Excellent location, close to the Anse Major trail&beach 2. Ultra clean, spacious and cozy room 3. A fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge Chose these appartments because of its proximity to the Beau Vallon beach and wasn’t disappointed. Overall I would definitely recommend Oceanic View Appartments - the beach and the infrastructure around (bus-stops. supermarkets, exchange offices etc.) were superb, the owners were really fantastic and were very helpful. The price was very good - can’t complain. I know next time I will book these appartments again. Thank you very much!

Simple but very cosy B&B. Excellent hospitality, you feel at home instantly. The home-cooked breakfast was superb. Location is good with a short walk to the nice Beau Vallon beach with many restaurants and bars. The owner and her son also helped us arrange a short trip to the nearby beautiful Anse Major and car rental, which was extremely helpful.

Frokosten var enkel, egg,omelett, ost, pannekaker og brød. Vi hadde et rom med stor balkong med egne gode solsenger og 2 gode stoler. Veldig hyggelige ansatte. I tillegg fikk vi tips om Christina som vi brukte som guide og sjåfør til Pointe au Sel. Meget hyggelig og kunnskapsrik dame. Anbefales. Kort vei til en flott Strand👌👏
