The apartment owner Connie was amazing: she resides in a nearby house thus one has reasonable privacy but on the other hand she was readily available to solve any problems or help with any travel advice. This made the time on the island very well spent (if you are reading this, Connie, many thanks once again!). The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bedroom is equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan to suite any preferences.

Great location on beautiful Anse Volbert, near a good takeaway, a shop, and the departure point for excursions and water taxis. Breakfast was great with fruits, eggs, toast, and coffee or tea. Room was basic and clean and with a good terrace overlooking the beach. It was nice to have the upstairs room for the view. Staff were friendly. Price was very affordable especially compared to the hotels nearby.

The property is spotless, clean and super cosy. The owners take amazing care of the rooms as well as any requests from the guests. Lovely Pamela and Andrè, the owners, are always there for any question. The view from the terrace is just spectacular. We had breakfast outside, enjoying the vista of the ocean. We’ll definitely return to Exotic Guest House again when back to Praslin. Plus it’s just 5min walk from the main street and the beach.

I loved the proximity to the beach, but also located in the best place to stay of the island. The room was super comfortable, with a great shower, super nice bed and pillows. Staffs very friendly as well.

The apartment was super big, clean, comfy and offering everything you need on holiday. However, the best thing about it is Nora. She takes care of you since you arrive and assist you in all situation. Anytime we need some information or help, Nora was avaliable. Moreover, they allowed us to use the room even after checkout as the boat was leaving in the evening.

We enjoyed the incredible view over the surrounding islands from our private cabin. Despite the location being up a steep hill, the view and the seclusion are completely worth it. It is a short walk away from the Côte d'Or beach and great nearby restaurants - although would recommend having a car.
