I enjoyed the place and owner greatly. Free coffee was tasty and to my liking. Sitting on the balcony in common area in the morning made me appreciate the day. Easy walking distance to several temples. The owner even invited me to eat with them. Exceptional hospitality. More info but must keep this short.

Very clean and comparatively new. The staff is nice. Not far from the city center. Worth it's money.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. He gave us tips about the city and how to get to the airport by public transport. He allowed us to take a night exclusive picture of the Wat Arun. Location is perfect! Very good option and good price!

The room was great with old looking wood furniture and interior which I like. It had a terrace and was across the street from Wat Pho but not directly looking at it. I only stayed one night and it was quiet at night. Fast wifi. The woman with eyeglasses at the downstairs desk was very helpful and nice. The woman who was there the next mid-morning was not so much during our brief interaction. All in all, I would like to stay there again should I choose that part of Bangkok.

Nice clean room with a big bed and bathroom. Nice hot water instantly from the shower. There is an open eating area down stairs and chairs and it’s off the main road. Lots of towels provided and water.

The owners were very helpfull friendly The location is excellent for sightseeing but is in a quiet road The home has character open spaces to relax and self service for tea coffee Also an amazing breakfast

Simply perfect! Highly recomended. Cozy. Clean. Welcoming. Only 3 rooms with authentic traditional vibe, so you feel like visiting grannys place. Should definitely try their breakfast at least one time.
