I enjoyed the place and owner greatly. Free coffee was tasty and to my liking. Sitting on the balcony in common area in the morning made me appreciate the day. Location was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to the ferry (which was a great mode of transport) over the river.
