Best ever!! The shared room is so large and with good privacy. For the facilities they got everything. Near Lonely Beach, and there are restaurants, massage and shops in walking distance.

I love this place so much. Rustic perfect sandy beach bungalow. So much I booked extra days. Close to by beach and restaurants. Short trip up the road for more resorts bars ect. Just the tiny beach village 🫶 love love love

Thank you, to the kind owners who are deeply invested in making sure their guests have a wonderful experience at their property. The place itself is a hidden little gem, it's joined with another floating property to the left of it, which makes it, even more, homie, with lots of comfy areas, hammocks, etc to hang out. They have kayaks on the premises and you can just access the water straight from the property. I loved the sunrises and sunsets here, the sounds of birds and the easy access to the pier for scuba and transfer boats :D thank you to the owners who cut up fresh fruits for us daily, and were super welcoming.

First of, Koi and her sister are awesome hosts, always smiling and interact with people. Best people I've met in Thailand. The rooms are very clean and quiet, food is great, and always got some surprises. The place on terrace is very confy and beautiful, a serene place to watch the turtle in the morning and the eagles on the sky. If you need, there are some perfect places to have some work on the laptop. Location on the pier is also great, as you can easily get some boats to travel on other islands. (I've been to Ko Kood and come back to Koi to stay some more nights, and definitively I'll come back again). 7Eleven is just around the corner. Thank you Koi for hospitality!

The gecko is not the only one who is lucky. When staying here, you can count yourself in. A few bungalows standing in a beautiful green garden on a quiet and nice part of the island. Very good breakfast is served on your terrace, you can chill in the hammock or drink a beer with Mike who is a great host and makes you feel at home. The bungalows are fully equipped with a kingsize bed, fridge, safe, aircon and fan, big bathroom. Cleaned every day. Bailanbeach is within two minutes walk, Lonely Beach is a five minutes drive (taxi or scooter). Bailan has a small number of good restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner. Lucky Gecko Garden is definitely the place to be if you're looking for a laidback atmosphere.

we can only echo all of the previous reviews. we stayed for 7 nights and the accommodation has everything you need and the people there are so super friendly. it feels you are staying with family. our 2 year old daughter enjoyed walking around, saying hi to everyone, including the animals and the beds where the best we had on our 6 weeks travel. we can only recommend this place! and yes no restaurant but plenty of good places around and you can take take-away and eat it in the lovely common area so it didn’t bother us. and their coffee is amazing!!

it was pleasure to stay in Kumi place. about 1km from Bang Bao pier if you go from/to other islands. it was peaceful stay in nice garden and house. Kumi is a excellent chef, she offer breakfast and also lunch and dinner. our room was cosy and clean with enough space. highly recommended if you prefer calmness and warm hospitality then overcrowded resort.

Perfect location, Excellent food, and the kindest, most accommodating staff. Thai people are always welcoming, but the staff at the Beach Cafe went above and beyond. These wonderful people truly know the meaning of hospitality.

The guesthouse is great, feels like being in the jungle, lots of birds around, flowers ,cats and dogs. Beautiful and unique rooms with fans, loved the screens in the windows, lets the fresh air come in at night. Very calm and cozy. I would go back anytime!!!
