Khwan and his family are so delightful, ready to help and real. I continued to extend my stay and they were very accommodating and patient. The facilities and rooms are very simple. This is not for you if you need aircon and luxury which is not necessary most of the time in Pai, gets cold at night anyway. Vents are provided. It is one of the very few places close to Pai centre which have this original vibe away from western standards. Would come back.

My girlfriend, sister, and myself stayed here for 3 nights. The courtyard is a beautiful little oasis close to the center of Pai. The room had everything we needed and included a mini fridge. It was clean and cozy and the AC works well. The host is very kind (although she doesn’t really speak English but we just used translate.) She checked us in super easily and fast and gave us water bottles everyday. The best part about this place is that it is only a 2 minute walk from the center.

Nice old wooden building. Very clean and felt sanitary. The owner is very caring and considerate. He even waited with us to make sure our taxi took us to the airport. He also makes you mango and rice in the morning with free instant coffee, whether you ask for it or not.
