You might feel a bit skeptical at first looking at the ratings, but let me assure you, after having travelled to 27 countries and lived in 100+ Guesthouses/Hostels/Hotels, this is by far the best place where I've stayed. It's like a home you didn't know you had, until you would arrive here. From the moment you enter Diadem's door to the moment you leave, Lütfiye, Avni, and the rest of the team would make you feel like home, and will go out of their ways to make sure you have the most pleasant stay you could possibly have. The entire staff are some of the kindest and generous people I have come across. Apart from that, the facilities are amazing. The location is right in the heart of Göreme, the beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi works perfectly fine, and the breakfast is simply fantastic (especially the Apple Tea, don't forget to ask for it, and you can thank me later). Thanks to the entire Diadem team, and for all the future travellers, if you wanna make your Cappadocia adventures even more memorable, give this place a shot.

The view from the rooftop is lovely to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The location, just slightly outside of the busier city center, and the very nice garden make for a very relaxing breakfast before going out to explore the region. Kemal provided excellent advice, booked a tour for us, and was always very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. We could also leave our bags onsite after check-out and even take a shower in the evening before taking a night bus to our next destination.

Hotelul este in pestera, foarte frumos, specific orasului Goreme, situat in panta la un capat de strada. Camera practic a fost un intreg apartament cu 3 camere, baia cu dus si jacuzzi, dotata cu tot ce este nevoie chiar si in pestera! 😊

Tidy and well maintained hotel. Location is strategic it’s close to the commercial center. Mrs Farida was supportive to us… we took green tour and it was fun. In summary we had a good time staying there… who knows we might come back and stay again in Safran Hotel.

Wonderful stay! Staffs are friendly and very helpful! They gave us many useful tips / suggestions during our stay. The room is huge the bathroom is big also and come with all amenities that you needs. If you don't want to walk / hike to the balloon viewpoint, just go up to the hotel rooftop...it's also one of the nice spot of balloon observation .... in the other hand, just few mins walk to the view point that you can enjoy with amazing view of many balloons launch in the early morning. Breakfast was great --- many selection of foods - cheese - fresh fruits / vegetables. Location is strategic, in the quiet area but just few mins walk you can reach to a plenty of shops / restaurants nearby.

The evening discussion over tea with Faruk and my son, the father and original founder of this establishment was a highlight for me. Faruk had so much knowledge of current world affairs, stories to tell, and wisdom about life in general and the evolution of society in general. Then on the hotel side, the breakfast served by Faruk's wife.. Every ingredient fresh and either grown from their own garden or carefully picked from local producers. The jams were homemade and a real delight, and the omelette and cheese... Starting the day over this very healthy and plentiful breakfast was a real treat. Sahin, their son and the manager of the hotel was kind and providing good advice on how to make the best out of our stay - for example advising us to take the green tour instead of the red tour we had booked to be able to benefit from the opportunity to visit the underground city and the transportation to take us to sites we would not otherwise have been able to see. The rooftop terrace offered a fantastic vista from which to see the hot air balloons rise at sunrise.
