Marshrutky place is just 5 min. walk away (corner Savat-Nova St). Entrance is from the back, but go to the dentist/beauty parlour in the front, it's them. They will know you're coming.

Wonderful facilities in the room, its warm and has everything needed, very welcoming owner who helped us with all needed, great location in the city center which has all needed stores around and the beer was great!

Overall, we had a great experience with the Tarsus guesthouse; staffs were incredibly helpful, especially the owner, Mr. Azat and the amenities were good. The villa was comfortable, clean, and perfect to enjoy a weekend with friends. We will definitely stay there when we come back!

A great place to enjoy the beauty of Sevan away from the cluttered tourist infrastructure and an absolute MUST in Armenia if you are a diver or interested in water sports. We stayed for a few days in the "luxury" room with ceiling to floor views of the lake ( breathtaking and SO worth the extra price), and enjoyed swimming, diving, jet ski, and just having a beer and soaking in the views and direct access to water. The amenities were minimal, but convenient, functional and clean. The included breakfast and the cooked-on-the-spot lunches and dinners were delicious. Compliments to the chef! The diving facilities are top-notch and the staff's enthusiasm is infectious. I used the upper deck both to relax and watch a movie and to jump on a work call. An unexpected surprise was the stargazing -- if you step outside on the parking lot, you can see the Milky Way! We both fell in love with the place and are looking forwards to be back.

El Tsovazard Beach House ofrece alojamiento en Tsovazard. Ofrece habitaciones familiares y terraza. Las habitaciones tienen armario, ropa de cama y balcón con vistas al lago. We spent a weekend at Mariam's family house. We were unfortunately sick, but Mariam's family has been really helpful by providing us all the medicine and the food we needed. The house is very remote, so if you're looking for something authentic and calm this is the place to be.

My stay was so amazing last year, I came back and the owner Shura even gave me a free day to stay! love the property - beautiful floors and wallpaper, lovely decorations and plants all around. Shura is so kind and provided everything needed and more. Her cooking is wonderful, her rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. The views are absolutely amazing! I truly can’t get enough of this place.
