Waking up to the picturesque Austrian countryside nature was an absolute treat. It was an overall great atmosfere. Place is easy to reach by a car and within a small driving distance to local attractions like Garmisch or Zugspitze. Highly recommended and look forward to coming back in future!

It's the best apartment I've booked in years! Clean, cozy, confortable, wonderful hosts, great breakfast, beautiful location (in the center of the city but also quiet), a public parking place right in front, new confortable bed, elegant bathroom.

Train Station Lermoos is 33 km from the accommodation, while Neuschwanstein Castle is 35 km from the property. The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport, 84 km from Ammerwald Alm. We had a great time at Ammerwald Alm. The room was comfy and clean, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast is included and very delicious, with all kinds of bread and a nice hot beverage, I ordered the cappuccino and it was delicious. We also had dinner there and they have a good selection of local dishes, probably the best schnitzel and kasspatz during our trip. The place is quiet and calm, it's not walking-distance from Plansee, but it's very close if you have a car. We absolute love it and would highly recommend it!

Highly recommend!

Skiing, cycling and canoeing are possible within the area, and Pension Lichtspitze offers ski storage space. Idyllic rural location (but close to the bus stop). Jacqueline could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was great. The breakfast was excellent.
