One of the highlights of our stay is the breathtaking room view, overlooking the mountains. Waking up to the picturesque Austrian countryside nature was an absolute treat. It was an overall great atmosfere. Place is easy to reach by a car and within a small driving distance to local attractions like Garmisch or Zugspitze. Highly recommended and look forward to coming back in future!

Restaurant downstairs couldn't have been better, food was just so tasty. We would recommend this family run Austrian style place to anyone who are hoping to stay in Kössen area. We loved our stay in Gasthof Erzherzog Reiner.

Situated in Plansee, 17 km from Train Station Reutte in Tyrol, Ammerwald Alm features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We had a great time at Ammerwald Alm. The room was comfy and clean, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast is included and very delicious, with all kinds of bread and a nice hot beverage, I ordered the cappuccino and it was delicious. We also had dinner there and they have a good selection of local dishes, probably the best schnitzel and kasspatz during our trip. The place is quiet and calm, it's not walking-distance from Plansee, but it's very close if you have a car. We absolute love it and would highly recommend it!
