Staff is excellent, very helpful and nice!! The location is perfect for exploring downtown and going out into nature. Being able to rent bikes and scooters directly from them was incredibly convenient.

He booked us a taxi from the train station to the hotel , explained about the activities in the area and the spatial traditional dinner and dancing. He even let us keep the room until 16:30 with no additional charge

We enjoyed a delightful four night stay at Giggling Tree! Our hosts Alice, Laura and Helen and all the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Not only was the location picture perfect and gorgeous, the personalised service provided by the team made our stay special, and meant that we could enjoy the sights and experiences of the area easily.

Zen Box House ligger i landsbyen Jiuxian, 9 km fra Yangshuos centrum. Der tilbydes restaurant og gratis cykler. Loved the laid back vibe of the village and the hotel. I was after a retreat from the city and that’s exactly what I got, didn’t want to leave! 老张 is very hospitable - always checking if you’re hungry and then will whip something up in the kitchen. Another guest that arrived said they wanted to hike some of the nearby hills so 老张 was like, ‘let’s go!’ and took us - the entrance is through someone else’s kitchen/back garden so we’d never have got access ourselves. He also mentioned he could take us to places to swim, climb etc. Really love the village atmosphere, everyone knows each other and knows the secret routes/best food spots. Reminded me of my rural village community in the UK. I was able to borrow 老张‘s road bike and cycled to the river to catch one of the rafts, it’s about a ~30min leisurely cycle to get there. There are cycle/foot paths along the river too, so another nice way to experience the scenery. The hotel itself is very quaint. I had one of the Japanese style single rooms and was very happy there, it looks exactly like the picture. They will pre-heat the bed for you in the colder months, nice touch! Water, tissues, towel etc all provided. The toilets and showers are just downstairs, a 10 second walk, and are very pleasant. The toilets are the Japanese ones with heated seats etc. The other helper is also lovely, and she packed my rucksack with fresh pomelo when I set off for my cycle excursion. They grow pomelo etc. beside the house, and also have chickens so eggs fresh too. Loved the rooftop, very zen and great view over the hills. They also have some friendly cats. Will 100% return.

The inn is very nice and the staff was really helpful. The owner speaks English which is quite handy. It is possible to have dinner and breakfast there which are also quite good. The hotel is located on the left bank of the river, this is very good to start hiking but be aware that the last boat from the town centre is around 7pm, so it is hard to stay longer in the town center

Yangshuo Village Inn ligger omgivet af bjerge, floder og underjordiske grotter, blot 5 minutters gang fra Moon Hill og 15 minutters kørsel fra West Street Tourist Centre. My partner and I spent a couple of days in Yangshou Village Inn. Everything was lovely. The room was spacious with a beautiful view on moon hill and the bathroom had warm water. We truly appreciated the staff, everyone was kind and ready to help with suggestions. They booked us some activities in Yangshou and the taxi to Guilin airport for a very convenient price. They've also cooked the traditional beer carpa fish that was delicious. We definitely recommend this place.
