Featuring free WiFi, Climbers Inn Yangshuo West Street offers affordable accommodation in Yangshuo. It is within 100 metres of West Street. Lilly was a great host! If you are looking to climb in Yangshuo this is the place to stay. We were able to rent climbing gear and a scooter from her. There are some hangboards to warm up before going to the crag and a massage gun. She also has the Yangshuo guide and can recommend different crags depending on conditions and grades. There were other climbers in the hostel and we made great friends and ate hotpot all together made by ourselves.

Yangshuo Sudder Street Guesthouse features modern accommodation and an outdoor pool. The property offers free WiFi and free access to on-site parking. Great hostel with really helpful staff. The pool was amazing with outstanding scenery. Cheap beer at the bar and amazing atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and the room and bathrooms were clean. Ended up extending my stay I loved it so much. Would highly recommend to any staying in yangshao.

Lost World Sanjiang Guest house provides air-conditioned accommodation in Sanjiang. The accommodation features free WiFi, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. Lived in China for 9 years now and this is one of my all time favourites. Accommodation is completely authentic Dong Village guest rooms, plus excellent air con, showers, beds etc. Really thoughtful and high quality renovation, maintaining all of the local features whilst also providing great comfort. Helpful and smiley hospitality provided by Xiao Chen with quality breakfasts and coffee for those who need the morning surge. It is such a beautiful area. The villages have retained their historic feel and there is some truly gorgeous hiking through a nearby valley with rice terraces and tea plantations. Local people are genuinely welcoming and friendly and there is great food to be had in the local family restaurants. This was my second visit. I will undoubtedly return.

Junshe Boutique Guest House provides comfortable accommodation in Guilin, conveniently located just 1 km away from Seven Star Park. Great guest house and extraordinary friendly host family. We enjoyed staying there and hope to come back one day. Everything was perfect.

Baike Boutique Hotel is located in Longji Rice Terraces and offers a restaurant. Most of its rooms offer priavte balcony with stunning terrace views. Fantastic location, beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, spectacular view from the room, Jason and his wife were brilliant hosts who took care of our every need. The food was delicious with plenty of choice.

Just 5 km from Yangshuo, The Giggling Tree is an unique guest house which is located in the tiny village of Little Mountain Gate. We enjoyed a delightful four night stay at Giggling Tree! Our hosts Alice, Laura and Helen and all the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Not only was the location picture perfect and gorgeous, the personalised service provided by the team made our stay special, and meant that we could enjoy the sights and experiences of the area easily.

Offering a restaurant and free bikes, Zen Box House is located in Jiuxian Village, 9 km from Yangshuo city centre. Loved the laid back vibe of the village and the hotel. I was after a retreat from the city and that’s exactly what I got, didn’t want to leave! 老张 is very hospitable - always checking if you’re hungry and then will whip something up in the kitchen. Another guest that arrived said they wanted to hike some of the nearby hills so 老张 was like, ‘let’s go!’ and took us - the entrance is through someone else’s kitchen/back garden so we’d never have got access ourselves. He also mentioned he could take us to places to swim, climb etc. Really love the village atmosphere, everyone knows each other and knows the secret routes/best food spots. Reminded me of my rural village community in the UK. I was able to borrow 老张‘s road bike and cycled to the river to catch one of the rafts, it’s about a ~30min leisurely cycle to get there. There are cycle/foot paths along the river too, so another nice way to experience the scenery. The hotel itself is very quaint. I had one of the Japanese style single rooms and was very happy there, it looks exactly like the picture. They will pre-heat the bed for you in the colder months, nice touch! Water, tissues, towel etc all provided. The toilets and showers are just downstairs, a 10 second walk, and are very pleasant. The toilets are the Japanese ones with heated seats etc. The other helper is also lovely, and she packed my rucksack with fresh pomelo when I set off for my cycle excursion. They grow pomelo etc. beside the house, and also have chickens so eggs fresh too. Loved the rooftop, very zen and great view over the hills. They also have some friendly cats. Will 100% return.

Long Ji One Art Hotel offers peaceful retreat in a bamboo stilted building in Longsheng. Free WiFi access is available. Some units offer stunning views of Longsheng Rice Terrace. A special place, family owned boutique hotel jn the center of the village. Amazing design, super good dinner and breakfast and amazing view of the rice terraces!

A 2-minute ferry ride from Xing Ping Town, Our Inn offers sweeping views of the mountains. It features free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and cosy rooms with a cable TV. nice location. pleasant staff and the room was good. was good too see different scenery. would recommend.
