Hongyuyuan Family Guesthouse ligger i Pingyao, 200 meter från Ming och Qing Street. Här erbjuds en restaurang och gratis WiFi. With the free upgrade, I had a large room with two beautiful kang beds. The room was extremely clean. It was wonderful to have such an authentic experience, with traditional furniture and even a wooden door that locks with padlock and key. Both heating and aircon ensured my comfort, the water was hot and the guesthouse owner was very kind. It's also in a fantastic location.

Pingyao hu lu wa Home Inn ligger i Pingyao och har gratis cyklar, en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en restaurang. The staff are very friendly, and helpful, the owner gave us lots of useful advice and tips, due to some circumstances, I called the owner for help after we left the Inn, the owner rescued us by meeting us with his two lovely twins and help book a taxi, we would have missed the train without the owner’s support.

Nice, authentic and cosy place. The couple who manages the property is helpful and very welcome, interesting to talk to and with plenty of good advices. Always smiley and kind, easy going, ready to help for anything you might need.

Beautiful accommodation at the centre of ancient city of Pingyao in the bustling South Street. The owner and staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. They picked us up from the station and brought us to Ancient City (cars are not allowed inside) and also brought us on the day of departure, both for very reasonable fees, because we were with 5, too many for a taxi. The hotel and rooms were in a traditional style, allowing for great pictures.The beds and cushions were very comfortable for us. The bathroom and toilet are combined in a small room, but it wasn't bothersome.The owner knows the nearby shops and good spots to go to, definitely ask for tips. We enjoyed our 2 nights and 3 days in Pingyao a lot, definitely recommended.

Lao Cheng Gen Hostel ligger i Pingyaos historiska stadskärna, som finns med på UNESCO:s världsarvslista. Här bor du 10 minuters promenad från Xianya, som är den tidigare kommunala regeringen. Such a wonderful place. The rooms and the courtyard are so beautiful and cozy. The owner is very friendly and helpful. And there is free bottled water in the fridge, which is very convenient.

Pingyao Jintaisheng Hotel ligger i en 400 år gammal innergård som byggdes under Qingdynastin. The old traditional living and beeing directly in the ancient city.

Pingyao Yan Family Homestay ligger i den antika staden Pingyao, som finns med på UNESCO:s världsarvslista. Här erbjuds avkopplande och mysiga rum, bara 400 meter från stadens tempel Ping Yao.
