We had a wonderful stay in Daneysha and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained, family friendly and hospitable guesthouse when visiting Tortuguero. Also highly recommend Sergio as a guide to the national park.

The place was great, beautiful, well decorated and very maintained. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and all like new! It sure is and by far, the best place we've been in Costa Rica. Tom was wonderful, so helpful and always there to assist. We've been there for only two nights and wish we could spend there a lot more. The bakery beneath the hotel is super delicious and great as well. Thank you very very much for the wonderful stay.

Perfectly located as a stopover towards Tortoguero (an hour from the boat in Pavona). Super sweet hosts who do everything to make you feel comfortable. Nice comfortable rooms (be sure to ask for the beautiful, new tree house) and already an adventure to walk around in the beautifully landscaped garden. With a bit of luck you will immediately see toucans, hummingbirds, a basilisk or a sloth. All this supplemented with a delicious breakfast and dinner. Recommended.

I was impressed with the spotless absolutely clean room. Immaculate! I enjoyed a comfortable sleep and was treated so kindly by the owners, that I will not forget them. I definitely recommend Cabinas Hukats Secret Jungle. What a local gem!!!

Situated in Cocles, Finca Valeria Treehouses Glamping features a garden and on-site dining. All rooms are fitted with a terrace with river views. At the guest house, rooms are fitted with a wardrobe. Very beautiful and peaceful place in the jungles!

We stayed one night in Anita's Cabina on our way to the Caribbean coast. She is very friendly, served us a very good typical breakfast and gave us good information about what to do in Cahuita Park and Puerto Viejo beaches.

Playa Negra Guesthouse is located in Cahuita, right in front of the beach. All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. The place is full of animals. In their garden you can see sloths, parrots, toucans, frogs, iguanas,even kinkajou. Pierre, the host was so nice and teached us how to find animals

Featuring free WiFi and a terrace, Cahuita Inn offers accommodation in Cahuita. Guests can enjoy the next-door Pizzeria Cahuita restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. We loved Cahuita Inn, it was probably the cleanest and the most comfortable place we had in Costa Rica. The owners were really kind and accommodating, from bringing us food for the kids when we arrived really late to borrowing the thermometer when one of the kids got sick. The rooms were big, spacious and clean. We would definitely return on our next trips.

Ive visited CR many times since 1985 and this was my BEST STAY EVER.QUIET away from the crowds now in Cahuita but close . Staff is wonderful helpful and it is very clean. Highly recommend.wildlife every morning..monkeys parrots tucans iguanas lizzards..Saw no snakes. They have two dogs on patrol.
