Located 23 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum and less than 1 km from Nubian Museum, FADL Kato in Aswan provides air-conditioned accommodation with views of the lake and free WiFi. Everything: the location on the elephantine island was amazing, with view to the nile river, and next to greats restaurants. The bedroom was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and kind. In fact they help us to take the boat and taxi to the train station at 4 am. 100%recommended

Offering garden views, Nuba Heart is an accommodation situated in Aswan, 24 km from Kitchener's Island and 25 km from Aswan High Dam. I just spent time at Nuba Heart and am already planning to come back in December with a larger group! We have traveled to Egypt many times but Nuba Heart is our NEW go-to! Let's start with management- Tamer was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process! He was communicative, resourceful, trustworthy, generous, and humble. He treated us like family and took such wonderful care of us after such a long and exhausting journey. He prepared a meal for us upon our arrival at our request and made sure my young children had fruits and snacks available to them. I had booked a smaller room by accident and Tamer made no fuss at all when we requested a bigger room- he actually suggested the switch! The rooms were very clean, modern, spacious and had everything we needed at a PHENOMENAL price! We loved the seating area with couches and kitchenette- perfect for a family! The split a/c in the rooms were convenient and the fluffy warm blankets were much appreciated. Our favorite was the rooftop overlooking the Nile! It made for magnificent sunsets while enjoying the coffee and tea offered to us- just magical! The breakfasts offered were always so delicious and the dinners requested were equally yummy. I cannot say enough about the vibes on the rooftop. You can easily spend the entire day up there reading a book, sipping on tea, and lounging about. Time slows down for you while in Aswan and was a much needed reprieve for my nervous system from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. Nubians are all very kind and friendly and all seem to know each other which adds to your already relaxed psyche. The Nuba Heart team provide transportation and tours- truly a one-stop shop! We are planning to come back in December and partake in tours with them and very much looking forward to it. We already miss them as leaving was bittersweet. You will not regret booking here!!

Boasting a terrace with lake views, a private beach area and a shared lounge, La Terrace can be found in Aswan, close to Nubian Museum and 23 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum. We stayed there for 2 nights, the highlight of this property is the owner and staff, they are very helpful, they also help us to arrange our tour in Aswan and Abu simbel with reasonable price. I feel very thankful for them. They also recommended a good agency tour in Luxor as well. I would love to recommend to my friend who would like to visit Aswan! Thank you a lot.

Boasting a terrace with lake views, a private beach area and a garden, Airkela Nuba Dool2 can be found in Aswan, close to Nubian Museum and 23 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum. We had a warm welcome, the staff are all excellent, very hospitable and helpful. The rooms were clean and the view picturesque. The Island has a nice and relaxed nubian vibe. There is a nearby grocery store that is very convenient and delicious restaurants nearby serving nubian food. For anyone wondering. It is easy to reach by boat at al hours either by public or private boat and if you are uncertain ask the guest House and they will help you out. They also helped us arrange experiences in the area such as Abu Simbel and boat rides. I can recommend taking a boat ride with some of the young guys working here to the nubian Village i.e. They also have a very good breakfast at a resonable price.

Staff was amazing - room was very clean and the shower was hot. They provide free transport across on their private boat even at midnight. Gasser was very friendly. Breakfast was good and they provide a lot of food.

The owner was really nice, always prepared a nice breakfast during our stay and helped us getting nice tours with fair prices. The place was well located in the more quiet Elephantine Island, right next to the boat (that costs 10 pounds) and close to restaurants run by other members of the family, which have delicious food.

Located 18 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum, Wanas Kato Guest House offers a private beach area, and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Sahil the owner welcomed us to his humble Nubian home, with his mama, wife and wife's sister. Clean room with good pressure of hot water in the shower. They are very friendly and helpful people. It's a very quiet guesthouse facing the Nile river.with beautiful scenery They prepare simple authentic food.and with very very reasonable price. The grilled fish was superb. Very generous with their breakfast spread. Sahil even helped us to arrange a felluca ride. You must also try their hibiscus drink and Doom with milk drink. Overall we loved our stay there.
