Very cosy apartment in the mountains, with a super friendly host. She gave us a welcome drink, re-made our beds (we wanted 2 single beds), gave us good advice about some places nearby and generally had a great chat with her. The breakfast was amazing too. We had a stroll in the evening and stumbled on an industrial site for perfumes, that was an interesting experience. In the morning she recommended a perfume factory to visit and so we did, and it was really worth it!

Well located, centrally, but quiet as it is in a small street and the rooms look towards an inner courtyard. The jams at breakfast, home-made by the host, were amazing! Room was clean, well-organized.

El AQUARIUS IN CASSIS, Chambres d'Hôtes ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado en Cassis, a 3,4 km de Cap Canaille. Además, goza de vistas a la montaña. Todas las habitaciones incluyen armario. Nos sorprendió el lugar en un entorno maravilloso. Todo impecable y la dueña muy atenta. La coordinación para llegar fue muy fácil. La ubicación es lejos del centro, pero íbamos en auto y no fue problema movernos. El desayuno fue compartido con los otros huéspedes, situación que resultó muy simpática. La vista desde el lugar es magnífica. Nos habríamos quedado más tiempo si hubiéramos podido.

It’s located in a small picturesque town. Decorated with great taste (attention to detail and modern but authentic design), spacious and clean room. I loved the bathroom. The breakfast is served on the outside terrace with a lovely view (local fresh products). Big, comfy bed. Nice owner. If you need quietness, tranquility and nature, history and architecture, nice design - this is the place to go to!

The breakfast was a delight ! We sat in our hostess’s garden under the shade of her market umbrella at the back of the property and could not help but enjoy her impeccable good taste. The selection of food and the attractive environs that she offered was partly from her experience as a designer but more I believe from her natural warmth and genuine desire to spoil us as her guests. I still keep thinking of our stay and hope very much to return one day to have Sonja treat us once again to her perfumed muslin sheets ! I thought they were just for babies ! But it was Grasse after all ! The living is all done at the back of this lovely old freestanding symmetrical French property and facing on to the garden, where it is quiet away from the road and with some views ( enter through the central iron gates and down the path on the LHS ) we found it easy to walk from the property up the hill a manageable distance to the various attractions of historic Grasse.
