The old city is 200 meters from the guesthouse, while the beach is only 5 minutes walking. From the airport it takes 30 minutes by tram (stop at Durandy station and then it's 5 minutes walking) We stayed at a private room that was very cozy. As we stayed near the common area, we feared that it would be noisy at night but we were wrong (plus the common area is pretty cool - it has lots of board games!). Breakfast was simple yet we found it enough (the croissant was delicioooooous). The staff was very friendly and helpful :)

The traditional restaurant at the guest house specialises in French cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. The hotel was a real surprise! The entrance is along a side street, not very easy to find and doesn't look like much - but once inside..... wow! the rooms we had were really big, comfortable and clean and the sea view was just perfect. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant but it looked amazing and we were away too early for breakfast but again, it looked great. Hotel is just over the road from the beach and there is paid parking close by.

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety and the location was very quiet and very close to a supermarket .

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This lovely home/resort enveloped me in hospitality and became a short term home for a lovely life of five days. Every moment was a delight. The breakfast can't be matched! Valerie and Frederick kindly solved problems and pointed me in the direction of three neighboring restaurants that were magnificent.. The town is fabulous, a short wasl away. The pool is heavenly. Great bedding in the room. I would happily go back.

Guest rooms in the guest house are equipped with a kettle. At Le rêve bleu each room is fitted with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The hosts were warm, friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were good with homemade breads, Sweets and jams with perfect cappuccinos!! A very quiet neighborhood and can reach restaurants and waterfront within 10min drive.

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. every this is to be liked. starting from the host, location, the house the neighborhood. The hosts are very helpful to everything. they go out for their way to help you and advise you on what can be done in nice. In short they are the best hosts I have stayed with. thanks a ton to both of them. I will surely come back.

Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The guest house features quiet street views and a sun terrace. The whole venue was beautiful and well looked after. The room was a great size and very clean and comfortable, and the host, Muhamed, was fantastic. Super friendly and kind, he made sure I was looked after. The location was great, on a beautiful street, just a 30 second walk from the main square in Valbonne.

La maison aux bonsais features some rooms with sea views, and every room has a kettle. At the accommodation, all suites come with a living room. The room was perfect! Clean, cozy and full equipped. Luc was so thoughtful especially preparing the room for us, since we were in our honeymoon. He also booked us a table at La Colombe d’Or, the town’s famous restaurant and we loved our meal! Breakfast was amazing, best croissant and pain au chocolat we ever had (Luc dropped them everyday in our window). Michel (Luc’s son) was very helpful, he gave us many tios and went to the town’s entrance to pick us up and show us the parking lot.
