Stayed in Irvine bay several times as we visit Irvine alot. This is always my 1st choice when booking. Private secure entry system and everything you need for an overnight. Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

Beaches is a small family-run guest house featuring a large private garden with gated access to Ayr’s sandy beach. Very friendly and hospitable people. Jan and her daughter Kirsty made us feel welcome. Thank you very much!

Beechwood En-suite Rooms is ideally located between both the towns of Ayr and Prestwick, and is just an 8 minutes’ drive from Prestwick Airport. The B&B was lovely. Decore was fresh and the rooms were very clean. Host gave us a friendly welcome and was very helpful with information on taxi’s and restaurants. Would gladly book again.
