We stopped on the way from Edinburgh for an overnight stop. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

I loved the style of the decorations. Even though I only stayed for 2 nights I enjoyed my stay at Homelands. Because my flight got delayed, I couldn't arrive at the check-in hour. The owners were so kind and gave me and upgrade for a room I could easily acces when coming late. Also the food at breakfast was delicious and you could order in advance what you want so you wouldn't have to wait for it in the morning.

The Castle View Guesthouse was the perfect place to stay. Parking was easy, the room delightful and comfortable, the breakfast delicious. The staff made us feel most welcome and it was a short walk to the castle and cathedral.
