Our second floor room was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and elegant with a nice southern views of some of the beautiful homes in the area and hills in the distance. Natali and Tony were great hosts with much information to share about Ballater. Great walks and hikes right out of the front door. I especially liked the hike to the summit above Ballater called Craigendarroch. The “outside” pic is from the summit of this hike. The walk along the River Dee is quite enjoyable also. Fantastic breakfast! Natali shines in this regard in spite of me seeing Tony wearing an apron one morning. 😁 The “lobby” picture is one of the dining room tables set for breakfast. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We had an exceptional stay at this charming guest house. The accomodation was comfortable, clean and well appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Sarah was extremely helpful, offering a lot of local history knowledge ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend !

The host was amazing! He offered to drive us to Brewdog Factory, so that we did not have to worry about the logistics of public transport. We greatly appreciated the kindness. Everything else was boringly perfect (that's a good thing), nothing to complain. Food was good, place was clean, free parking on premises next to the room.
