We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.
