The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Although we arrived late and they had little time, they prepared the best dinner we had in Istria. We rented two rooms for our family of 7 and both were clean and stocked. The house sits atop a hill with fantastic sunset views over the valley. The hosts painstakingly renovated the property a few years ago, keeping its rustic charm, yet upgrading it with all modern amenities. It is a quiet and peaceful location, yet is a short drive to sights around Istria.
