Lot of shops and eating options. Try breakfast buffet at Casa di Goa which is just 1 min walk from the property. The staff and the rooms were very good. Feels like home. Also they have good contacts for car. Just give a call to Vilas Pednekar. He will arrange everything. He is a very good person. We went for our Wife's birthday and he arranged everything and did not charge us a single penny. It was a great stay

Villa Khatun je rodinný penzion. Nachází se v Panjim, 1,2 km od River Cruise a nedaleko hlučné silnice a lékárny, pekárny a obchodu s potravinami. Villa Khatun Guesthouse made me feel at home. The house is well located, close to the city but quiet (you can hear the birds). The room was clean and tidy. There were complimentary tea, coffee, water bottles and biscuit packets :) Alim is a great host, helpful, friendly and have great recommendations. Don’t hesitate in booking this place. I recommend 100%!!

Such a beautiful and colorful place with very nice and pleasant owners. Best location in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything is beautiful in the guest house, the rooms and bathroom are very nice and very clean. There is a wonderful terrasse on the top of the place.The owners ( Jeanette and Clifton, mother are son) are super nice and interesting! Helping a lot with informaton and arrangements in the area and what to see, how to get there etc... Simple but nice and tasty breakfast. The team, all of them, are very nice. We adored the place :).

This homestay is located in a quiet heritage protected neighbourhood, walking distant from Miramar beach and Fontainhas. The hosts were always available to give suggestions and were very helpful with taxi bookings. Excellent breakfast, with a lot of choice (and with good conversations:-). Beautiful and spotless room.
