Check-in and check-out was super easy. Communication with our really friendly host always quick and helpful. The apartment is cute and has all you need for two: Well-stocked kitchenette, super clean and modern bathroom, a giant TV (even though we never switched it on), and the place has its own private hot tub in the backyard! The location is perfect as it's just around the corner from Selfoss' central roundabout, so you'll find it easily and have a great base for exploring Iceland's beautiful southside. Also, you can drive to Reykjavík in just about one hour.

Urridafoss Waterfall is 11 km away.... One of the best stay of 13 days trip, clean and warm like at home. I still missing this place after back home.

Everything we could possibly need was provided. It has a nice size kitchen so you can cook your own meals. It was great to have our own hot tub to relax in after a day out and about. Great value!

Located just 31 km from Geysir, Brekkugerdi Guesthouse provides accommodation in Laugaras with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a 24-hour front desk. The host made us feel at home, we recommend the next guests to spend time with him asking him also for suggestion on what to visit in the surrounding area. The room was clean and warm, the breakfast was also good. Super recommended!

Johann is a great host, so helpful, attentive, and friendly. He gave us travel advice and maps, got along great with our non-english speaking children. The house is so interestingly decorated and the jacuzzi was wonderful. Everything was clean and attention to details was great. The breakfast was varied and tasty.
