The family-run Vogafjos Guesthouse is set in a unique natural environment on the eastern shore of Lake Myvatn. It offers rooms with a patio and free Wi-Fi. Very nice accommodation in a quite area, homemade breakfast, all ingredients comes from local farm.

Located within 2.6 km of Myvatn Nature Baths, Birkilauf in Myvatn has a number of amenities, including lake and mountain views. If I could give more than 10, I would happily do it. It was a fantastic apartment. I was a bit hesitant about shared kitchen initially. But it was absolutely fine. It was huge and exceptionally clean, had loads of utensils and cooking equipment. A full size dishwasher. So they have set up the kitchen in a way that multiple people can cook same time. They also come every morning to clean and reset the kitchen. They also give free supplies like breads, tomato, butter, oils etc. Washing machine came in very handy as this was day 7 of our Iceland trip when we stayed in Birkilauf. Rooms are very nice, neat and clean. Bathroom also looks newly done up Location is very close to all main areas like Hverir geothermal, Hverfjall Volcano and Dimmuborgir and lake Myvatn. Overall everything was great. Highly recommend.

Eldá Guesthouse is located in Reykjahlíð, just a few minutes on foot from Lake Myvatn. There is a golf course 750 metres from the property. Each room includes a work desk, a wash basin and free WiFi. Very clean, great shared kitchen, bedroom large and comfortable. The staff is amazing especially Monika who helped me pay a parking fine. She went above and beyond being helpful. A really lovely person that helped me and made my stay so nice.

Nag-aalok ng shared kitchen/lounge at mga tanawin ng bundok, ang Skútustadir Guesthouse ay makikita sa isang farm sa timog na baybayin ng Lake Mývatn. Libre ang WiFi at paradahan. We got an upgrade from a bedroom to a full cottage. The Cottage was spacious and new. The breakfast buffet and included homemade products. Try the ice cream at the shop.

Situated by Lake Mývatn, this guest house offers basic rooms with shared facilities. The Mývatn Nature Baths is a 10-minute drive away. Check in/out was very quick and easy, with codes, no personnel. Washbasin within the room is so comfortable. The common kitchen area is really huge and equipped.

Set on a farm next to Lake Mývatn, this guest house offers self-catering rooms and cottages with free WiFi and nature views. The geothermally heated Mývatn Nature Baths are a 10-minute drive away. We had a cabin with hot tub - all we needed. Plus great location next to Dimmuborgir and Hverfjell

Quietly located 5 km from Iceland's Ring Road and 13 km from Lake Mývatn, this family-run guest house offers views over Sandfell Mountain. Lived everything about this place. Location, cleanliness, the food ( amazing!), the amenities ( including the hot tubs!!) and the locals who were welcoming and warm!

Great location - easy to check in / out. Super clean - nice private bathroom facilities. All that you need to spend the night in Myvatn! Thanks a lot! ☺️
