Very satisfying while staying at this hotel. The manager is also very kindly and helps a lot in providing information to us. The rooms are also comfortable and clean. The Midorian had this unquantifiable fairy-tale quality to itself. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, surrounded by a cool river, under the care of a noble man.

Lovely, very traditional and comfortable place to stay in Nikko. Near to many of the main temples and a lot of space for a very reasonable price. The owner was also very kind, allowing us to check in a little early and booking our taxi back to the train station upon leaving.

The place is nice and cozy. The hosts were very helpful and shared a lot of tips how we can make the most our trip. Since we're leaving very early to go back to Tokyo, they even drove us to the train station - really appreciate that since there's no taxi available and quite cold outside.

Just a 3-minute walk from JR Nikko Train Station, Guesthouse Sumica offers beds in dormitory rooms, as well as Japanese-style private rooms. It features a shared kitchen and free tea and coffee. Everything was excellent about this place. Rooms are adorable and staffs were so nice and kind. Thank you for everything.
