I stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Luang Prabang. It felt safe, especially for solo travelers like myself. It was also surprisingly quiet, which can be rare in Asia. The shower had great water pressure and hot water, and the rooms were equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast was incredible, with plenty of options to choose from. But the highlight was definitely the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

Offering a terrace and quiet street view, XiengThong KhounPhet GuestHouse is located in Luang Prabang, 1.1 km from Night Market and 1.2 km from Mount Phousy. Quiet street near park and temple. Old colonial building. Staff was very kind and eager to help with anything you need. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great, kindly helped with bus tickets and kept a duffle bag for us for 5 days. Breakfast was good.

Midnight Blue Guesthouse is situated in Luang Prabang, 2.7 km from Night Market and 2.8 km from Mount Phousy. The personnel in the guesthouse was excellent. Very helpful and kind, always trying to find solutions for our plans. They also booked a train for us, for really cheap price and no extra charge because of service. The room was one of our best choices for low budget as a couple throughout Asia. We absolutely suggest it as a choice!

Set within 1.1 km of Mount Phousy and less than 1 km of Night Market, Baan Pila provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Luang Prabang. Everything really. We came across it by chance when out walking and were delighted that we found it. Upon arrival we were upgraded. We were happy to chill for the day as we had a few busy days traveling so the pool area was ideal. Staff were so helpful also. Would highly recommend. Breakfast is also 10/10.
