Ace Boutique was a peaceful oasis close to the airport. The staff and owner family are very kind and warm. They always want their guests to be happy and comfortable. They even helped me celebrate my 76th birthday. The mattress was comfortable and the hot shower had good pressure. Restaurants and shopping are close by, however the main road is not pleasant for walking but tuk tuks are always close by and available. I would definitely recommend a stay here at the beginning or end of your trip to Sri Lanka. I’ve already booked 2 nights at the end of my trip!

We loved our hosts; they were very friendly and helpful. Amith offered the further service of a car with a driver on the island. His wife prepared our breakfast the next morning, where we could taste the special flavors of Sri Lanka.

The hotel is nice and clean and the owners will help you with whatever you need! We can only recommend it.

Boasting a garden, The Nature Villa & Cabanas is set in Negombo, 2.6 km from St Anthony's Church. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a terrace. This little gem ticked all the boxes for us. We received a friendly welcome when we arrived after a long flight. Our host was super accommodating and we were well looked after. We even decided to stay an extra night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we made good use of the pool. The location was nestled back from the main street making it a quiet retreat, yet the beach, shops, bars and restaurants were only short walk away. Breakfast was available with a generous serving. Would definitely recommend.
