Good to know: at night you can't walk around in the nature, as there are wild elephants. So if you go to the restaurants you need to take a tuk tuk back.

Excellent full service hostel in a peaceful, rural area outside of Sigiriya town. The hostel is nicely designed and the staff are so helpful. They organize daily activities and can help with any transportation needs you have. The nightly dinner buffet is outstanding and well worth the money.

This guesthouse was by far the best place we stayed throughout all of Sri Lanka. Rooms are brand new (built only in 2020), with modern bathroom and spacious bedroom with beautiful large king-size bed. Immaculately clean. Breakfasts on the terrace were pure Sri Lankan magic: exceptional Sri Lankan food and fresh fruit juices, lush garden complete with elephant foot prints, and cheeky monkeys who are just waiting for a chance to take a banana. The owners are incredibly kind: the hostess is a fabulous cook (we ate 2 traditional rice and curry dinners here, plus 2 breakfasts) and the host drove us for free to the entrance of Sigiriya and kindly helped us with our travel plans to Polonnawura and back to Galle. Even though Sri Lanka was going through a difficult time with nationwide power outages and increasing gas prices during the time we stayed, we felt truly cared for by the gentle and incredibly kind owners. Thank you!

Both the dinner and breakfast were very good and the hosts extremely nice and accommodating. Bonus points for the peacocks on the nearby field we got to watch at breakfast every morning.

Sigiriya Water Guest & View Point Restaurant localiza-se em Sigiriya, a 2,2 km de Rochedo de Sigiriya, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito e um terraço. O alojamento encontra-se no meio de campos de arroz, tendo uma vista incrível do rooftop :) Está a cerca de 5 mints a pé da estrada principal. Os senhores do alojamento são simpáticos, arranjam mota também (um bocadinho caro) O PA almoço é bom, mas já tivemos melhores no Sri Lanka. Mas pelo preço, é uma boa opção para ficar em Sigiriya :)
