Set 600 metres from Hiriketiya Beach, Wilson's Place offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as a garden. It is situated 2 km from Kudawella Beach and features a 24-hour front desk. We loved our stay at Wilson’s Place! The grounds and rooms were very nice. Rumesh was super helpful with local tips and helping us book taxis. Within walking distance to Hiriketiya beach and Blue beach.

Saman and his family are very welcoming hosts, the property is beautiful — you stay in the middle of the jungle with a fascinating panoramic view. Don’t hesitate to order a Sri Lankan breakfast — it’s delicious! Also I would like to mention the exciting jungle tour we had with Saman and his friends. Saman organizes unique tours — you start at one entrance and exit from another one, so you don’t go one way twice. During the tour he tells you a lot of interesting things about the nature and animals around you. Even though 14 km through the jungle can be challenging, it’s an exciting experience! Lovely room with great bathroom, air con and nice area to sit outside. The communal pool area was also really well kept and often quiet. A short tuk tuk ride to Mirissa beach but Turtle beach was walkable if you wanted. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming and always responded to our needs.

The staff and the location are absolutely amazing. Sahan and Avisa are the most helpful and caring hosts you can wish for. We had quite some requests (as we were traveling with our 11 months old baby) and they really went the extra mile, to make us feel at home. Rooms are basic but have everything one needs. The garden and the beach house are breathtaking and super relaxing. Position is 10 mins walk from Hiriketyia bay and it was simply perfect! Away from the noise but at walking distance from the surf. The fact that there was a kitchen available was ideal for us, as we needed to prepare some meals for the baby.

The Secret Guesthouse, a property with a garden, is situated in Mirissa, 1.2 km from Thalaramba Beach, 2.3 km from Weligambay Beach, as well as 34 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium. Clean and spacious rooms, with a delightful pool and garden area. It's just a short stroll to the beach, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was very quiet.
