We simply hope you can find a room at this property as it has been our Sri Lanka trip's highlight. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The food is the best we had in the country, and we ate almost every single meal at the hotel (we are foodies who search for the best restaurants - and this is it in Mirissa). Rooms are very clean, nice views of the ocean and spacious. The location is great, you can walk by the ocean and reach the Coconut Tree Hill in 5mins. Best beaches are a walking distance as well. Also it is on a quieter side of town, so that your sleep will not get interrupted by noise.

Screwpine Beach Villa ligger i Hiriketiya, 5 minuters promenad från Hiriketiya Beach, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en egen strand. Fantastisk frukost, personal och plats. Skulle definitivt bo här igen om jag åker tillbaka!

Breakfast super especially the coffee Hosts were great (spoke German and English) Friendly Rooms were top e.g quiet, clean, spacious.

Clean and spacious rooms, with a delightful pool and garden area. It's just a short stroll to the beach, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was very quiet.

Clean, nice breakfast, Nimal is extremely kind, the location is awesome - close to many beaches. My favorite beach was Turtle point a short 5 min walk away!
