We had an eleven-day scooter trip across the island, and Kirinda was our last stay before going home to Galle. The property is very well maintained; it looks new, minimalistic, and stylish. Everything was just perfect: the mattresses were super comfy, the AC worked properly, the shower was great, etc. But the main thing was the stuff and the food they cooked. I hadn't expected that I'd have one of the best dinners in five months in a place I had never heard of. Just spectacular!

The host was incredible and truly went above and beyond, he organised everything for us for the safari tour and even drove us to the bus stop. We had a free coconut on check in and a juice on checkout. The room was lovely nd big and clean with great air conditioning. An amazing experience, especially for the price!

Mailagama Cinnamon Residence features free WiFi and views of mountain in Sellakataragama. Featuring a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. One of my favourite stays surprisingly. We stayed just for the safari but this place was really great. The staff were so nice and you really felt like you got to know them. The food was good with quite a wide range of options. But the best part was simply the location. You are really right out in the middle of the rice fields and the views and peacefulness of the place were so great. Bring a book and just hang out on the grounds watching the fields.

Priyanka was a wonderful host. After arriving from a hot afternoon safari I was greeted with a cold towel and a fresh coconut. The room is large, clean and has a/c. The dinner and breakfast prepared by his wife was delicious. It was great value. Overall a fantastic one night stay. I highly recommended this guest house.

Featuring a garden, Green Lake offers rooms in Tissamaharama, 2.2 km from Tissa Wewa. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. The family was amazingly welcoming and super helpful with all you could ask for. They took great care of us, starting with a tour around the lake with Tharindu, they offered coffee and some local fruits of their garden, we had great talks with the family. We even saw Crocs from the garden!! We loved the garden of the house, so cute!! We would always come back for sure. we also booked the Safari with tharindu which was super cool trip, highly recommend it to book with him :-)

Great immersion in nature, with amazing view near the lake. Good working Wifi too. Beautiful family with two really cute daughters! Very honest owners, who offered to help me negotiate with another seller. Gayan, the husband, brought me around to see bats on two nights (for free!) upon my request - a unique experience in Tissa to see dozens of bats waking up and flying in early evening. They also dropped me off at the bus station for my next journey.

The family run property ticked every box. Service first class, the meals were to die for & so much of it. The rooms are huge & exceptional. Cleanliness was tops. Right down to the driver/guide for yala safari who excellent with his knowledge & found sightings of leopards with great driving skills. Thanks for everything guys. Will definitely come here again

Ubytovanie La Safari Inn Tissamaharama sa nachádza v destinácii Tissamaharama 19 min. chôdze od miesta Tissa Wewa. This is the best stay I had in my time during my Sri Lankan visit. I liked everything about this property. They will send a tuktuk to the bus stop to pick you up and also will arrange a tuktuk to take you into the bus stop when you check out - free of cost. Food will be prepared on order and that was delicious too. They will arrange Yala safari if you are interested, pick up at 4.30am. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the animal/bird species but unfortunately the vehicle got broken down and he had to arrange a new one. New driver also tried to show us everything around. Ppl at the stay packed the breakfast and left it with the driver and in the park during safari, we were served with delicious breakfast. After the checkout, the tuktuk they arranged, took me to the bus stop and showed the bus that I have to board. Overall, this was the bestest stay I had in Sri Lanka
