It felt really safe inside the riad. Great location and very close to souks. Staff was very helpful with everything and also recommended us some things in Medina and showed directions. We were offered taxi airport pickup and it was the best decision that we made.

Each room here will provide you with air conditioning, a patio and a seating area. There is also a dining table. The private bathroom also comes with a shower. Everything was perfect. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. They shared a map to get around medina and provided tips for good restaurants and hammam. Breakfast was good .

We enjoyed here 8 glorious days, spending most of the time by the swimming pool. The hotel is an oasis of peace, where we relaxed on the sun lounges roasting under the Moroccan sun. The outdoor spaces don't need any further praise, the images are enough to describe the beauty of the place, but we can surely say something about the top-notch hospitality, with an incredibly thoughtful staff that was always available for our needs. Special thanks to Ahmed and Hamid (hopefully the names are spelt correctly) that assisted us with our daily requests, but our praises go to the whole staff, that contributed to our stay. Having so many days to spend in the villa, we had the chance to try almost the entire menu; the portion sizes were very generous, flavourful and had enough variety that we didn't get bored - big shout out to the "Beef with prunes", absolutely out of this world. The room was always very clean and had a pleasant smell, the size was perfect and the water pressure and temperature were fine. We didn't find the hairdryer, but as we had our own, we didn't ask (but keep this in mind). As a final note, we left our hearts in this place where everyone was always warm and welcoming. Definitely a place to consider for a mid to long stay in Marrakech, if you are looking for a relaxing stay with occasional trips to Medina. See you next year :)

Super friendly hosts treating you a lot like the typical Riad hosts throughout Morocco (Marrakesh had less of these good hosts) that have tea and want to invite you into their home. Shared bathroom is only 2 rooms as the other rooms have their own showers. Hot water was nice. They prepared a breakfast for us at 6:30 to take on our trip to the desert, which was very kind of them.

I really like that they could organise excursions and activities for you, and that was a very smooth process. Rooms were clean and one of the more comfortable beds I found in Morocco. Breakfast was tasty and the roof terrace was lovely to sit on even in winter.

The property is around 1 km from Djemaa El Fna, 1.5 km from Koutoubia Mosque and 1.4 km from Le Jardin Secret. The guest house features family rooms. This place is great. The road where you have to enter is a bit sketchy, but once you're in you will forget that quickly. If you want to experience the local culture a bit more, I would recommend to stay in a Rijad, and Dar Nejma is a really nice place. It is approximately 10 min walk to the main square from the Rijad. Staff is very friendly, and speak good English, they are happy to help with anything, for example arranging tours for you with transport from the Rijad. Our room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed, everything was really clean. I highly recommend the place.
