La Reggia Seaview Guesthouse is located in Marsaxlokk, 700 metres from Qrajten Beach, less than 1 km from Il-Ballut Reserve Beach, and 1.8 km from St George's Bay Beach. The room and bathroom were big and very clean. Great view from the balcony. The owner was very helpful.

Cups and kettle, small fridge (with freezer), a/c in the room (life saver!). Cosmetics are available in the bathroom. Microwave, croissants and coffee on the 1st floor (so you can satisfy your sweet tooth when coming back from a night out :) ) - You can put out a sign not to be disturbed by the staff, or when you want your room to be cleaned (so if you want to sleep in for most of the day, you won't be bothered at all) - VERY comfy bed & pillows (was pleasantly surprised by this) - Very well lighted room & bathroom, and if you want more subtle lighting there's a single light bulb close to the bed)
