Boasting a garden, Whaleshark Beach is situated in Dhigurah in the Ari Atoll region, 100 metres from Dhigurah North West Beach. definitely our favorite hotel in the Maldives, everything was just perfect from staff to rooms to service to food and activities. They even planned out an amazing birthday for me with activities they have never done before like a beach picnic on a sandbank and a romantic dinner at the beach. Definitely a hotel I would recommend and come back to!!

Boasting garden views, Seaside Dhigurah offers accommodation with a private beach area and a terrace, around 200 metres from Dhigurah North West Beach. Amazing villa-like rooms with terrace and garden. We felt very private there. Nice outdoor shower, there are a lot of included like snorkeling tools, drinking water, tea/coffee, bicycles, etc. Staff is very friendly, food is delicious. We had a wonderful stay in Seaside Dhigurah and I would definitely recommend it.

Unwind Dhigurah is a recently renovated guest house in Dhigurah, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, private beach area and shared lounge. We spent 5 wonderful days at Unwind Dhigurah and only wish we could've spent more time here! There are only 6 rooms in this guesthouse so the service was fantastic as we got individual attention... from arrival to and from Male airport, our breakfast, and our daily excursions. Manoj, the hotel manager, was so pleasant and hospitable. And the staff keeps the place impeccably clean despite the level of sand that can be brought in. Also, we appreciated that the bikini beach was right next to the hotel and there were tasty options closeby. The hotel works with Dhigurah Divers which is a locally family owned business. Sammy, Usa, and the other guys taking us on the excursions know the area very well and we had so much fun seeing whale sharks, manta rays, beautiful fish, sharks, and doing our first discovery dive! Overall, our experience with this hotel exceeded our expectations and we hope to return!

Set in Thoddoo, close to Thoddoo Beach, Thoddoo Haisha inn, Maldives offers accommodation with free use of bicycles, a private beach area, a garden and a terrace. We stayed there for four nights. The room is as shown in the photos, very nice and large. Comfortable bed, the bathroom is big. WIFI Speed was good. The guesthouse setting is relaxed and peaceful. We took the breakfast and dinner option. Food was so tasty especially the local ones. The owner’s wife cooks excellent meals. Every day we got fresh natural juice, great fruit dishes with meals. The owner Mohammed, his family and his staff are very friendly. Welcoming and always smiling Mohammed tried very hard to make the stay as comfortable as possible. He provided us free snorkeling masks. He also arranged speedboat transfer from the airport. Me and my wife had an amazing stay at the Thoddoo Haisha Inn.

Situated in Thoddoo in the Ari Atoll region and Thoddoo Beach reachable within 800 metres, Fairytale Inn features accommodation with free WiFi, barbecue facilities, a private beach area and free... I really liked the owner, location, ambient (garden), dinners - especially vegetable soups and rice with vegetables. Nice fresh juices also. The breakfast was average but ok. Not related to the accommodation: On the beach there are too few sunbeds, many of them are broken. We heard rumors that they are going to asphalt the road, which in my opinion is not the best solution. We really like it the way it is now. There is a lot of trash on the island, something could be done to solve that problem.

Situated 100 metres from Dhigurah North West Beach, Tides Dhigurah offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden and a shared lounge. Very nice and super helpful host, great staff - it was a great pleasure to stay at Tides!

Situated in Omadhoo, Green Leaf Guest House - Omadhoo offers 3-star accommodation with a garden. Everything was absolutely perfect! We got a guided tour of the island when we arrived and it was my partners birthday so they arranged a beach diner (see the picture with the heart). They treated us like family! I'm definitely coming back to green leaf. Thank you guys for a fabulous stay.

Boasting garden views, Ithaa Dhigurah is situated in Dhigurah, 100 metres from Dhigurah North West Beach. Everything was just amazing! I think that if you decide to go to a local island, it is only fair to go and mix with the locals! And this guesthouse is just perfect for this! In few minutes you are at the local beach and the port and you can see a beautiful sunrise! If you turn left, you can reach the bikini beach within less than 10 min and trust me, although it's hot, it is a beautiful walk, passing through the local houses, the school or directly through the beach. So location for me was a 10/10! The guesthouse is amazing, it is super clean and the rooms are spacious and nice, plus they are super well equipped. It really looks like a hotel honestly! I chose the halfboard pension, so breakfast and dinner (once I got there) and I've always eaten super well and could choose from different options. Finally, the staff is really nice and attentive! A huge thanks to Maumoon for teaching me some Maldivian useful words and for organizing everything and always providing the right info! To Mekey who was the best guide ever - I've been on snorkeling excursions in many places and Mekey is super attentive and will always bring you to see all the beautiful fish there is + the Mantas were just wow. To Pathum for making all my breakfasts and dinners fun, for the good talks and for his professional attitude! To the chef for always making me eat super well! And to Mujib for all the room decorations (he's the best) and for always making my room super clean. Again thank you to all the staff, I will definitely come back here if I come to Dhigurah again!

Set in Dhangethi and with Dhangethi Beach reachable within 100 metres, Dhangethi INN offers express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a private beach area, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Amazing host! We stayed here for 5 nights as a family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Location right in the small town and close to the jetty and restaurants. We went out on the owers boat 3 times to a sandbank and various snorkel spots and swam with an abundance of marine life! It was amazing! The accommodation had everything we needed, there was a washing machine, common area kitchen and sitting area. Therecare also snorkels, fins and life vests for guests to use. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!
