Great, helpfull staff, good location close to the beach and a fantastisch breakfast! They arranged a snorkeling trip for us and knew the best spots to eat.

We had a lovely one night stay at Markez and Denisa's place who treated us like queens! They prepared a delicious dinner for us after a long flight and a beautiful breakfast the next morning (highly recommend the juice!). Markez was very thoughtful and accommodating of our dietary requirements. We had a good night sleep - the room had Aircon and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Markez spent time with us to answer any questions we had and give us recommendations. He took great care to make sure we got to our next destination safely and successfully. Markez and Denisa obviously put so much love, thought and effort into everything for their guests and can't recommend their place enough.

Boasting a garden, a year-round outdoor pool and garden views, Zayali Bacalar - Guest House is situated in Bacalar. The guesthouse is made with a lot of love and we enjoyed staying there a lot. Juanita and her husband are lovely, kind and made us feel home. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the pool is great. They have bikes, which makes it super easy to acces the center and the lagunas. One of my favourite places in Mexiko. Thanks a lot for everything, you doing a great job:)

Situated in Bacalar, Casa CheJum Bacalar offers a garden. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The location was excellent. Quiet, yet very close to the centro. The hotel and my room were beautiful. The shower, bed, and air conditioning were all fantastic. The cleaning ladies were constantly working very hard to keep the place lovely and clean. Highly recommend

Set in Bacalar, Casa Coral provides accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. We were overwhelmed by the kindness of the owners. They welcomed us with a huge smile and gave us a lot of special attention throughout our stay that made our time there feel really special. From gifting us food to giving us a ride at 2am to the bus station, and giving us hammocks to rest in after check out, they were so generous to us. The place is also really cute and cosy, always very clean and comfortable. Love Casa Coral !

Staying here is like staying in a beautiful rustic treetop paradise. Tucked away from the noise but a very short walk to everything. I found it to be a perfect location and excellent value. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The aestethic is very simple and elegant. The owners are so kind and attentive. They made wonderful recommendations for what to do and where to go during our stay. They made us feel at home and very welcome.
