Set in Napier, just 100 metres from Hardinge Road Beach, Beach House Studios offers beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, a garden, a terrace and free WiFi. Location was great- ocean view and close to walking paths in the ocean as well as cool breakfast spots and retail.

Situated just 11 km from Pania of the Reef Statue, Modern Studio near Clive River offers accommodation in Clive with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as private check-in and check-out. We liked everything about the studio 😊 It was obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought in building, furnishing, equipping and decorating of the place and thought of all the small details, including a helpful welcome book. The whole place is new and super clean. It’s also really nice to have a garden and terrace. The location is great, you can start for a walk from the garden and explore the river and beach or drive to one of the nearby wineries or go for a hike at Te Mata Peak. The hosts are nice and helpful. Internet is good, TV has Netflix etc, and there is even a washing machine. This has definitely been the nicest stay in NZ within that price range and we would happily come back anytime!

Located in Hastings, the recently renovated Magnolia Studio provides accommodation 20 km from McLean Park and 2.4 km from Splash Planet. Wonderful host (Kelly) who made me feel very much at home. The accommodation was exceptionally clean. Facilities great. Bed very comfortable. Very powerful shower!! Peaceful and quiet. Walking distance to town.

Boasting a hot tub, Modern and Private Guesthouse with Hot Tub located 500m to Havelock North Village is located in Havelock North. The cleanest, cutest, fanciest little accommodation I ever did stay... and with a hot tub! We were only there for one night and it was perfect. We grabbed dinner near by and cozied up for the night, bed is super comfy, shower is great pressure, kitchenette is very well equipped, fans and air con as well. Never met the host but very easy to txt and communicate. Airbnb is on the same property as host but don't the back and fenced off, felt very private.

Located 22 km from McLean Park, Guest House on Guthrie provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Really clean and beautiful place. Bed and pillows were really comfy. The carpet felt so new and it really felt like being home. Loved the place and I will definitely be back. I also took advantage of the fact that the owner has a salon next door and offers a discount to guests so it’s really convenient!

Offering a garden and river view, River View Cottage is located in Kahuranaki, 36 km from Pania of the Reef Statue and 38 km from Bluff Hill Lookout. This newly built cottage is in the most beautiful country setting with wonderful views of the river and hills in the distance. It is an ideal spot for a quiet and private getaway. But it's also an easy drive to the amenities of Havelock North. Some of the best vineyards in the region are close by. The cottage is comfortably furnished in a warm contemporary style. The kitchen is fully kitted out with quality appliances, so it's a good spot for those interested in cooking and taking care of their own catering. The hosts are warm and generous. I'm looking forward to a return visit.

The owners of this property were absolutely amazing. Very friendly and kind. So lovely, would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
