Situated just 11 km from Pania of the Reef Statue, Modern Studio near Clive River offers accommodation in Clive with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as private check-in and check-out. We liked everything about the studio 😊 It was obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought in building, furnishing, equipping and decorating of the place and thought of all the small details, including a helpful welcome book. The whole place is new and super clean. It’s also really nice to have a garden and terrace. The location is great, you can start for a walk from the garden and explore the river and beach or drive to one of the nearby wineries or go for a hike at Te Mata Peak. The hosts are nice and helpful. Internet is good, TV has Netflix etc, and there is even a washing machine. This has definitely been the nicest stay in NZ within that price range and we would happily come back anytime!

Located in Hastings, the recently renovated Magnolia Studio provides accommodation 20 km from McLean Park and 2.4 km from Splash Planet. Absolutely everything! And most of all, the bed has been the most comfortable bed I have ever been in. Absolutely beautiful, clean place, decorated lovely, has everything you need, good location, easy access, simple descriptions. Was very very happy and could have easily stayed a whole week if I had the time.

Boasting a hot tub, Modern and Private Guesthouse with Hot Tub located 500m to Havelock North Village is located in Havelock North. The cleanest, cutest, fanciest little accommodation I ever did stay... and with a hot tub! We were only there for one night and it was perfect. We grabbed dinner near by and cozied up for the night, bed is super comfy, shower is great pressure, kitchenette is very well equipped, fans and air con as well. Never met the host but very easy to txt and communicate. Airbnb is on the same property as host but don't the back and fenced off, felt very private.

Located 22 km from McLean Park, Guest House on Guthrie provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Host was very quick to respond and very helpful.

Offering a garden and river view, River View Cottage is located in Kahuranaki, 36 km from Pania of the Reef Statue and 38 km from Bluff Hill Lookout. Splendid comfortable property, very quiet and well appointed.

Located in Havelock North, in a historic building, 21 km from McLean Park, Te Mata House is a guest house with pool with a view and fitness centre. Really well equipped for families. We have two young boys (1 and 3 years old) and they absolutely loved it.

Offering a garden and garden view, The Whare Rural Retreat is located in Hastings, 4.1 km from Splash Planet and 26 km from Pania of the Reef Statue. It's situated on a beautiful little farm and the cabin is so gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, it was all very clean, and the wifi was strong. Great value for money and a cute little getaway spot. I didn't speak to Di (we were only there a night) but Matthew was very friendly and helpful. Di was very clear and helpful in all email communications. Thanks so much!
