This place is a superb two-storey granny flat out the back of Aliettes's house. It is much more beautiful than the photos here. It is surrounded by lovely foliage and the terrace is very nice. Inside, there is more than enough space for a couple. The kitchen is well-equipped and the hosts really respect your space and privacy (unlike some airbnb hosts who do a lot of interfering lol). Perhaps the best thing about this accom is the value for money - so cheap for what it is! Strongly recommended to book this for your stay in Réunion. You will not regret it. Our expectations were massively exceeded.

We just stayed one night in order to go to the volcano (Piton de la Fournaise). It was very cozy. The hostess even cooked for us (extra charge), which was very tasty.

La Maison Verte, a property with a bar, is set in Le Tampon, 1.2 km from Volcano House, 25 km from Peak of the Furnace, as well as 26 km from Saga du Rhum. Host was amazing! location perfect for numerous activities. We especially enjoyed the group meals with the other travellers.
