My stay at this hotel in Novi Sad was exceptional. The staff, especially Ana, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodations were impeccable, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The central location made it convenient to access everything, with attractions, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Novi Sad. Despite us having family issues at that time, the staff were attentive, kind and supportive. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the parking area was safe. The hotel building is modest, but modern and clean.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, perfect to stay overnight while on transit journey trough Serbia. We haven`t tried the restaurant due to the late arrival.
